REGATHERING INFORMATION

Updated December 1, 2020

Worship services

We have resumed our onsite Sunday morning services taking precautions as outlined below.

We gather at 8:30am in the Sanctuary (which has been spaced for social distancing).

We also gather at 11:00am in the OEX (which has been spaced for social distancing).

KIDS CONNECTION

Our Kids Connection Programming is now open. For more information about what is available for you and your kids, please visit our Kids Connection Reopening Page with details about precautions, procedures and how to prepare!

  • 9:45AM: (Childcare available for 6mos-5th grade)

  • 11:00AM: (Preschool childcare available for 6mos-kindergarten)

  • 11:00AM: (Kids Church available for 1st-5th grade)

For our 11:00am service, we encourage families to bring their kids in to worship with parents if you desire! We have come to love hearing and seeing our kids participate. Kids Church (Kids programming for 1st through 5th grade during the 11:00am service) is available.

We are continuing our online service (ogletown.org/watch) which streams live at 11:00am. We know that there are individuals, couples, families that will need some time before they are in a good and safe place to regather onsite, and we hope this live-stream can play a part in helping our church stay connected.

PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS

To show your care for others whom you will be worshipping with, and to best serve the entire church family, we ask that you take personal health precautions. Before attending, we ask that everyone in your group answers "no" to the following questions:

  • Have I or someone in my group had a fever over 100 in the past 14 days?

  • Is anyone showing any flu like symptoms?

  • Have I or anyone in my group had prolonged exposure to someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 14 days?

  • Is there any medical reason why I believe any member of my group shouldn’t be around others?

If you answered “YES” to any of the questions, please worship with us online at Ogletown.org/watch

BUILDING/GATHERING PRECAUTIONS (subject to change)

To do our best at minimizing risks associated with Covid-19:

  • We request that everyone wear masks while you are in the building, and also while we are singing together. However, we are not requiring masks while you are seated in the worship services.

  • We have hand sanitizing stations scattered around campus, and we are using upgraded sanitization protocols.

  • While we are excited to gather together, we ask that everyone practice social distancing while on campus.

  • We are hosting a "contactless service." This means we will not encourage hand-shaking. We aren’t handing out worship guides, or passing offering plates. We also have drop-off locations for offering envelopes and connection cards.

If you have questions about any of this, you can always ask. Call the church office or email us at info@ogletown.org. We are sending out regular email updates on regathering. You will receive them if you are subscribed to our email list. So, please subscribe if you haven’t. We also plan on utilizing this page to share our most recent updates on regathering, so it might be helpful to bookmark it.
