It is our hope to provide you, prospective members, with enough information to help you confidently step into membership at Ogletown. Below, you’ll find extensive information about our beliefs as well as a pool of resources to help you see the scope of what God is doing at Ogletown and who He is using to do it.
Our beliefs are summarized in The Baptist Faith & Message (2000). This statement of faith was adopted by our church in 2012 and reflects the doctrinal outlook of our church. Nonetheless, the Bible (Old & New Testaments) is our inerrant and final authority in matters of faith and lifestyle (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
Our Church Covenant (full text here) reflects the mutual commitments and obligations that the members of our church have before God and each other.
